BIOGRAPHY

David started his professional career at the age of sixteen singing and dancing on a small holiday village in Sussex then went on to the Isle of White. At the tender age of eighteen David auditioned for Casper the Musical and landed the role of Uncle Stretch - a part which combined singing, acting, dancing and puppetry. After months of training and a tour of Butlins the show made its debut at the well acclaimed Shaftsbury Theatre London with David still as the lead role - a time David will never forget.

 Next came a UK tour of the rock and roll musical Peppermint Lounge playing the lead role of Joey Dee .This show was directed by the legendary Dougie Squires and Choreographed by Anthony Johns. After 2 years working in the UK David had the urge to travel so of he went to the wonderful city of Dubai where once again he joined the cast of Casper and performed the show in an open air arena.
He then flew to Spain where he appeared in Beauty and the Beast playing the lead role of the Beast. He also had a chance to develop and produce his own stand up comedy and variety show with a cast of ten - touring hotels in Benidorm. Next came Slovenia a chance to appear in Moulin Rouge in the male lead.

 After months of travelling David returned to England to join the cast at Butlins Bognor Regis as a lead male vocalist performing fifteen different shows a week. David would like to point out that these shows where out of this world and his fellow work mates where some of the most talented cast he has ever had the pleasure of working with. Since then David has been working for Qdos Entertainments touring with ‘Boogie Nights’ and ‘Boogie Nights 2’ with David Essex and also summer seasons with the ‘Legends Show’ all produced and written by the very talented Jon Conway.

David has appeared in many pantomimes including Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Aladdin, Snow White, Dick Whittington and Peter Pan for several companies including New Pantomime Productions, Qdos Entertainment, Jim Davidson and UK Productions.
